The Trostyanets City Council announces a competition for the selection of subjects of evaluation activity who will be involved in the independent evaluation of communal property objects

Names of assessment objects:

1. Residential building with a total area of 41.8 m² with farm buildings and structures, located at the address: Sumy region, Okhtyrskyi district, Trostyanets city, str. Tchaikovsky, 16.

2. Residential building with a total area of 51.4 m², which is located at the address: Sumy region, Okhtyrskyi district, Trostyanets city, str. Smorodianska, 71.

The purpose of the appraisal: determining the market value for placing on the balance sheet.

Availability of objects containing state secrets: no.

The expected highest price for the provision of assessment services for one assessment object is UAH 2,500. The cost must include the cost of the review.

Applicants for participation in the competition, separately for each competition, must submit to the Trostyanets City Council in a sealed envelope the tender documentation that meets the requirements of the Regulation on the tender selection of subjects of appraisal activity, approved by the order of the State Property Fund of Ukraine dated 12.31.2015 No. 2075.

Competitions will be held on October 13, 2023 at the address: 42600, Sumy region, Trostyanets city, str. Myru, 6 (room of the meeting hall of the Trostyanets City Council):

• at 09⁰⁰ hours from the selection of subjects of evaluation activity to determine the value of a residential building on the street. Chaikovsky, 16 in the city of Trostyanets;
• at 10⁰⁰ hours from the selection of subjects of evaluation activity to determine the value of a residential building on the street. Smorodianska, 71 in the city of Trostyanets.
