Oleksandr Mykolayovych Onoshko was born on June 18, 1975 in the village of Nizhnya Sirovatka, Sumy region, Sumy district. Lives in the village of Oleksyne, Trostyanetska district.

In 1990, he graduated from the Nizhny-Syrovatsk secondary school and began studying at the Sumy Higher School of Arts and Culture named after D.S. Bortnyanskyi, majoring in "Folk art creativity".

From 1994 to 1996, he served in the armed forces of Ukraine.

In 1997, he graduated from the Sumy Higher School of Arts and Culture named after D. S. Bortnyanskyi, majoring in "Folk art creativity", having obtained the qualification of "Head of an orchestra of wind instruments, organizer of cultural and leisure activities".

In 1997, he worked as a music teacher at Lypova Dolyna Secondary School.

In 1999, he worked as a fitter at Trostyanetsk Machine-Building Plant OJSC. In 2003, the related profession of milling was assigned.

In 2007, he worked as a plumber in the Sumy construction and installation operation department of "Southern Railway".

In 2015, he was transferred to the position of dismissed foreman of the production unit of the Sumy Territorial Administration of the Center for Construction and Installation Works and Operation of Buildings and Structures of the Public Joint-Stock Company Ukrainian Railways.

Married, has a daughter.


The headman of Buimer, Skryagivka, Zubivka, and Vinohradne villages

Mykola Ivanovich Kurylo was born on January 20, 1972 in the village of Skryagivka, Trostyanets district, Sumy region, in a family of collective farm workers.

From 1979 to 1989, he studied at the Buimerska secondary school.

Since 1989, he was a student of the Malovystoropsk state farm-technical school, studying as a technologist-organizer.

In 1990-1992, he did military service in the Armed Forces.

In 1994, he graduated from the Malovystorop State Agricultural Technical School and obtained the specialty of technologist of the organizer.

From April 1995 to December 2007, he worked in the Trostyanets District of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a police district inspector. Due to years of service, he retired.

In 2008 - 2017, he worked as the head of the security service of "Buymerske" Holding UAI.

From 2017 to 2019, he worked at Holding Kernel as an employee of the rapid response team.

In 2019, he graduated from the Sumy National Agrarian University with a degree in agronomy.

In 2020, he worked as the head of the security guard at "Buymerske Hospodarstvo" LLC.

Married, has two adult daughters.


The headman of the villages of Dernove, Ryabivka

Olena Vasylivna Golopyorova was born on August 4, 1972 in the village of Dernove, Trostyanets district.

From 1979 to 1987, she studied at the Derniv school, graduated with honors in the 8th grade and entered the technical school of food industry in the city of Sumy. She graduated from the technical school in 1992 with the qualification of technician-technologist of sugary substances.

In 1994, she started working as a cook at the "Cinderella" kindergarten in the village of Polyane.

In 1997, she worked as a postman for the Trostyanets communications center in the village of Polyane.

In 2003, she worked at the Pivnenkiv plant as a shifter. From 2003 to 2005, she was unemployed.

In 2005, she worked at "Polyane-S" LLC as an accountant, in the same year she was transferred to the chief economist of "Polyane-S" LLC.

In 2006, she was elected a deputy of Semerenkiv village council of the 5th convocation.

The headman of the villages of Bogolyubove, Luchka, Mashchanka, and Bratske

Dmytro Mykolayovych Soroka was born on July 25, 1977 in the city of Trostyanets, Sumy region.

From 1984 to 1994, he studied at Trostyanets City School No. 5.

From 1994 to 1999, he was a student of the Sumy State Agrarian University, after which he received a full higher education majoring in "Industrial and Civil Construction" and qualified as a civil engineer.

From September 2000 to October 2010, he worked at Kraft Foods Ukraine CJSC.

Since June 2011, he has been appointed to the position of director of SE "Raikomunustuze" of the communal institution "Department of Infrastructure Development and Architectural Planning of the Sumy District".

Since May 14, 2016, he has been employed by the Trostyanets City Council as a specialist in landscaping, environmental protection and landscaping.

From July 1, 2017, he was transferred to the position of a specialist in transport, communication and energy management of the Trostyanets City Council.

From January 29, 2018, he was transferred to the position of chief energy management specialist of the Trostyanets City Council, and worked in this position until November 2020.

Public activity: member of the Trostyanets public formation for the protection of public order "Strength and Honor".

Mykola Viktorovych Studinsky was born on June 15, 1973 in the city of Skvira, Kyiv region, in the family of a military man.

From 1983 to 1988, he studied at Okhtyr Secondary School No. 5.

From 1988 to 1992, he was a student at the Lebedyn Medical School named after Professor M. I. Sitenko.

From 1992 to 1994, he served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

From September 1995 to October 2015, he worked as an ambulatory paramedic in the Kamyanka village AHPSM.

On October 25, 2015, he was elected Kamian village head.

From November 2017 to November 2020, he worked as the acting headman of the villages of Kamianka and Kamianetski of the Trostyanets City Council.

The headman of the villages of Krynychne, Lisne, and Mashkovo

Lyudmila Oleksandrivna Kryvoshey was born on December 9, 1969 in the village of Martynivka, Trostyanets district, Sumy region. From 1977 to 1985, she studied at Trostyanetska City School No. 3.

From 1985 to 1989, she was a student of the Malovystorop State Farm-Technical College named after P.S. Rybalko, where she received secondary special education in the specialty "Zootechnician".

From 1989 to 1992, she worked as a livestock foreman of the Radomlyan department of the Pivnenkiv state beet farm.

From 1993 to 1997, she worked as an accountant-refueler of the tractor brigade of the Radomlyan department of the Pivnenkiv state beet farm.

Vitaly Borisovych Klymenko was born on February 14, 1970 in the village of Zhovte, Slavic Serb district, Luhansk region. Since 1975, he has been permanently living in the village of Ludzha.

From 1977 to 1985, he studied at the Ludzhansk 8-year school.

From 1985 to 1989, he was a student of the Malovystorop State Farm-Technical College named after P.S. Rybalka, where he received secondary special education in agronomy.

Olena Yuryivna Musienko was born on October 16, 1971 in the family of employees, in the city of Trostyanets, Sumy region.

From August 1979 to May 1986, she studied at Trostyanets Secondary School No. 2, and from August 1986 to June 1989 at Secondary School No. 5.

From 1989 to February 1991, she studied at the Sumy Cooperative Technical College, majoring in commodity science.

From September 2004 to February 2008, she studied at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", where she received a full higher education majoring in "Economic Cybernetics" and qualified as an economist.

From September 1991 to December 1991, she worked as a procurer for Pivnenkivskyi Robo-op.

Svitlana Dmytrivna Bashkatova was born on January 18, 1973 in the village of Semerenky, Trostyanets district.

From 1980 to 1988, she studied at the Polyana school, where she graduated from the 8th grade.

From 1988 to 1991, she was a student at the Sumy Agricultural Technical College (Sumy) and earned a degree in accounting for agricultural production.

From 1991 to 1995, she worked as an accountant at KSP "Druzhba".

From 1995 to 2002, she worked as the secretary of the Semerenkiv village council;

From 2002 to 2009, she worked as an accountant-storekeeper at Semerenky Agricultural Company LLC.

From February 2009 to November 2010, she worked as the chief accountant of the Pechyna Village Council.

From November 2010 to November 2020, she worked as the village head of Semerenkiv village council.

In 2016, she graduated from the National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute" and obtained a bachelor's degree in the field and qualification "Bachelor in Accounting and Auditing".

In 2018, she graduated from the National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute" and obtained the qualification: Specialist "Accounting and Taxation" in the direction and qualification "Accounting and Taxation".

Antonina Mykhailivna Vyskrebentseva was born on February 24, 1970 in the village of Tarasivka, Velikopysariv district, Sumy region.

She received her secondary education at the Soldier's Secondary School.

In 1992, she entered the Kharkiv Financial and Economic College, which she graduated in 1995 with a degree in "Finance", specialization in "Budget Accounting".

In February 1992, she was hired as a clerk at the Soldat village council.

In 1993, she was transferred to the position of land manager of the Soldat village council.

In 1996, she was accepted by competition for the position of a specialist in the Velikopysarov Department of Land Resources, and worked in this position until she was elected in 1998 as the village head of the Soldat village council.

She was elected to the post of village head in 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2015.

She is married and has two adult sons.


The headman of the villages of Pechyna and Savelové

Mykola Dmytrovych Maryenkov was born on July 19, 1963 in the village of Pechyny, Trostyanets district.

In 1978, he graduated from the Pechyn eight-year school.

From 1978 to 1982, he studied at the Okhtyr Technical School of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture, and qualified as an electromechanical technician.

From 1982 to 1984, he served in the ranks of the Soviet army.

In 1994, he graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture, qualified as a mechanical engineer.

Experience:

Since 1981, he has been accepted as a member of the collective farm.

From 1982 to 2002, he worked as a tractor driver, electrician, foreman of the tractor crew, and chief engineer at Krasnoye Znamya.

From 2002 to 2006, he was the foreman of the Pechyna district of the Trostyanetski REM.

From 2006 to 2008, he worked as the chief engineer of Trostyanetski REM.

From July 2008 to October 2011, he worked as the head of the Trostyanetski REM of Sumyoblenergo JSC.

From October 2011 to October 2017, he worked as the director of the "Trostyanetsky REM" branch of PJSC "Sumyoblenergo".

From October 2017 to July 2018, he was registered at the Trostyanets Employment Center.

In August 2018, he was hired by the Sumy branch of the Southern Railway as an electrician for the repair of a railway line.

From January 2019 to November 2020, he worked as an electromechanic of the Smorodinsky REM of the Sumy electricity supply district.

Took an active part in public work:

From 1989 to 2000, he was the chairman of the trade union committee of the Krasnoe Znamya KSP.

From 1986 to 2002, he was a deputy of the Pechyna Village Council.

Since October 2010, he has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Trostyanets City Council.
