NOTICE of KP TMR "TROSTYANETSKOMUNSERVIS" on the intention to change tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized water drainage

            Pursuant to Clause 2 of Section II of the Procedure for Informing Consumers of the Intention to Change Prices/Tariffs for Communal Services with the Justification of Such Necessity, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated June 5, 2018 No. 130, the communal enterprise of the Trostyanets City Council " Trostyanetskommunservice" informs consumers that it intends to forcefully increase tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized water drainage for budget institutions and other consumers.

            To date, tariffs for centralized water supply and drainage services are in effect, which were approved on June 29, 2021 by the decision of the executive committee of the Trostyanets City Council No. 387 "On approval of tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater services provided by the communal enterprise of the Trostyanets City Council "Trostyanetskommunservice" and are effective from July 23, 2021.

            In the conditions of the growth of the component tariffs, there was a discrepancy between the current tariffs and the actual costs of providing centralized water supply and drainage services. In this regard, for the purpose of the proper functioning of the enterprise, there was an urgent need to bring tariffs for centralized water supply and drainage services to an economically justified level.

            Thus, since the formation of the current tariffs, there has been an increase in the price of the components of the cost of services:

  • increase in the cost of electricity - 2.4 times (from UAH 3.47 to UAH 8.47 per 1 kW/h);
  • increase in the cost of fuel and lubricants: diesel fuel for 245% (from UAH 22.87 to UAH 55.99 per 1 liter), gasoline for 215% (from UAH 25.99 to UAH 55.99 for 1 liter), liquefied petroleum gas gas for 194% (from UAH 13.11 to UAH 25.49 for 1 liter);
  • increase of the minimum wage by 12% (from UAH 6,000.00 to UAH 6,700.00) from October 1, 2022. and subsistence minimum for 18% (from UAH 2,270.00 to UAH 2,684.00) from January 1, 2023;
  • increase in the cost of materials and components for the repair of water supply and sewage networks;
  • increase in the cost of contractual works and services.
