The Trostyanets City Council announces a competition for the selection of subjects of evaluation activity who will be involved in the independent evaluation of communal property objects

Name of the assessment object: non-residential premises with a total area of 109.0 m², located at the address: Sumy region, Okhtyrsky district, Trostyanets city, Pidlisna Street, 1a.

The purpose of the evaluation: determining the market value to determine the terms of the lease.

The expected highest price for the provision of assessment services for one object of assessment - 2500 hryvnias The cost must include the cost of the review.

Applicants for participation in the competition, separately for each competition, must submit to the Trostyanets City Council in a sealed envelope the tender documentation that meets the requirements of the Regulation on the tender selection of subjects of appraisal activity, approved by the order of the State Property Fund of Ukraine dated 12.31.2015 No. 2075.
